Why would people like to message anonymously?
If you look at the dental ads in a newspaper you will see that many job ads do not mention the name of the ad poster. Ads can be posted anonymously in Dentropolis as well. There are many reasons why employers and employees would like to post ads and reply to ads anonymously. For example, a dentist may not wish others to know that he is seeking another employee. Also, a currently employed dental employee may not wish others to know that he/she is looking for work elsewhere. For this reason Dentropolis ads can also be posted and replied to anonymously.

How is this done?
Ads can be posted anonymously. When a viewer clicks on the "reply to ad" link, the Dentropolis Messaging Service is automatically activated. Quite simply Dentropolis acts as an e-mail messenger sending messages from the Ad Respondee to the Ad Poster and back again.
